So, although it has been waaaay over a year since I've posted here, and just as long since I actively made and sold jewelry, I've been itching to get back into doing *something* creative, so here I am.
As for what's going to happen on ZannaLand, I'm really not sure. I haven't decided if I'm going to make more of the same jewelry, do something completely different, focus more on writing - I just don't know. But I'm here. Welcome to ZannaLand, and stay tuned.

I keep forgetting to update the blog, but if you are a regular visitor, you've noticed some updates to the Adornments Gallery. I added the Dragonfly earrings and the Crystal/Bugle Bead earrings a few weeks ago, as well as pictures of some of the custom work I've done. Today I added a new bracelet to the collection, Lily Pad. This was created as a thank you gift for my son's teacher, but I liked the colors so much, I had to add it to the site!
I have so many more ideas bouncing around my head but unfortunately I am short on two things at the moment; an endless surpluss of beads and supplies, and time! I say time because in a week, we are moving to the other side of the state. Only 2 hours away, but it is a welcomed move and I will have an actual dedicated work room to set up and create more jewelry and *hopefully* write (or finish what I've started at least!). So if you have ordered anything recently or plan to, please give me a couple weeks into June to get things set up and back to normal. At that time, I will begin the major changes to the site including more items, a streamlined shopping cart system, some great sites to check out in the links section, and did I mention, MORE items?

I added 4 new pieces on March 31st...3 bracelets and a new memory wire choker. :)
Still working on getting to some wire beaded necklaces and wire-wrapped things as well.
I should probably do a poll or something to see what type and style people would most like to see! I'll look into that...

Yay! I just completed my first set of items for sale, and have updated the Adornments page to reflect that. That page now leads to a separate Gallery page, where you may peruse and purchase my creations! I am so happy to finally get some things up for sale. I still have a long way to go to be where I *want* the site and business to be, but for now, it's a start. I hope everyone enjoys the pieces, more to come soon!
Well, according to the date of my last and only entry here, it only took me 9 months to get this thing up and running. Hmm. Ah, well...that is pretty much the story of my life. We'll call it percolating rather than procrastinating.
I am excited to finally have a website I am proud to share and blogger is just the finishing touch (well, outside of the content and product) to the total picture.
In the future, I'll use this blog to update writing news, jewelry news, and anything else I feel like discussing.
